Empleo - Project Manager Arctic and Russia cooperation Contract Agent (FG IV)

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the areas mentioned under “Job description”;
• Professional experience in Arctic policies and strategies both from the region as well as the Indigenous Peoples perspectives;
• Professional experience in international cooperation especially with relevant international bodies such as the Arctic Council and the Nordic Council of Ministers;
• Good understanding of the EU Arctic activities, policy initiatives and processes, and role within the Arctic Council setting;
• Good understanding of the EU-Russia partnership for modernisation, including the environmental cooperation;
• Good knowledge of the functioning of the European Union institutions;
• Very good analytical, interpretative and presentation skills;
• Very good diplomatic and networking skills;
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
