«Nærtjeneste» is made up of the companies «Sunnfjord Drift A/S and Krokane Nærtenester A/S. The company delivers services to industrial and business buildings I Sunnfjord with a focus on tailor made package solutions in property maintenance. We have 30 employees or more. In the winter we have contracts for snow clearing on most of the offshore services base, Fjord Base, Florø. Together with our cooperating partner BB-Servicesystem vi have a total maintenance agreement with the worlds largest fish food plant, EWOS, Florø.. One of our companies, Krokane Nærtjeneste, has 15 government financed placements for persons with long term adapted work measures. We have a complete maintenance unit for sweeping, washing and façade cleaning and equipment transport. We have newer operational equipment, ex. Two Volvo L-90 E and front loaders, a Kramer mini front loader and a JCB tractor.
Because of a good response in the market and an increasing call for our service, our landscape gardener needs a colleague. We therefore require a result oriented and independent certified gardener/landscapes gardener. If you prove to be able to deliver, and to be ale to organize yourself and others in small and large projects, will you receive more responsibility.
We offer you 100% position, payment by agreement and a pension plan (KLP) .
Your main field of work will be property maintenance summer and winter. You should have a CE drivers licence and certificates for a front loader and for a fork lift truck. You must like to work with people who have some extra challenges in life. You can expect some periods on call, especially in the winter. Because of our broad production spectrum, you must also expect a varied work situation.
